For those who would like to calculate your healthy weight range, Freedieting.com has ways to do this. The one I used is the ideal body weight calculator. This site has several different calculators to choose from. You can calculate your BMI or how much exercise is required to burn an x number of calories. The calculators are found in the side bar of freedieting.com. I have found this site to be very helpful on certain issues and one you need to check out.
I was amazed at the amount of free information and help you can receive on-line. On a personal note, I have been doing well sticking to my plan. Due to the daily fluctuations I have decided to weigh only once a week, and take whatever results as it comes. I want to give a big thank you to all of those who are praying for me. You have blessed and encouraged me beyond measure.
